Jeyco design and manufacture custom synthetic slings across three core applications: general lifting, recovery and fender restraint, each engineered as a lightweight, high-strength alternative to steel chain and wire.
From single-leg lifting slings to multi-leg bridle slings, crane stingers and spreader bar assemblies, we manufacture custom synthetic lifting solutions engineered for a wide range of lifting applications. Every assembly is designed and spliced in-house by our experienced team using premium synthetic fibre ropes and can be manufactured to suit your required working load, lifting configuration and operating environment.
Where required, we work alongside NATA-accredited testing facilities to provide proof load and destructive testing, giving customers confidence that their lifting assemblies have been independently verified.
Sacrificial Slings connect the main recovery rope to a vehicle's tow points or ripper blade, minimising the risk of damage to the main tow strop through abrasion and fatigue. By employing a basketed grommet configuration, the rope diameter can be greatly reduced, making them a cheaper component to replace than the recovery rope itself.
Synthetic fender slings were developed by the team at Jeyco Australia to combat the length increases observed in traditional steel chain fender restraint systems. Made to a custom fixed length with a non-creep fibre, they can be installed and left unattended as a virtually maintenance free solution.
