Jeyco Australia supplies a range of mooring buoys with reserve buoyancy between 75kg and 1000kg. Our mooring bouys are a heavy duty rota-moulded buoy with a structural tie-bar offering the user a product with unprecedented strength and reliability due to its fully sealed design.

The new rota-moulding technology ensures that the buoys have a much higher strength and durability than the traditional rota-moulding process by maintaining its wall thickness through the internal bends. It also allows the structural tie-bar to be moulded directly into the buoy hull eliminating the issues which come with retrofitting hardware.

Jeyco’s mooring buoys are foam filled with marine grade closed cell foam to ensure they remain buoyant even if the hull is damaged.

The buoys and tie-bars are manufactured in Western Australia allowing a quick turnaround time and high level of quality control.
